Quietsmith
Time Report Studio

Your tracker export is not a client report.

Toggl, Clockify and Harvest all export a CSV full of internal entries — half-typed descriptions, tags nobody outside your studio understands, and a column layout no client wants to read. This turns that file into a report you can attach to an invoice, without rebuilding it in a spreadsheet every month.

How it works

Three steps, no account.

01
Export from your trackerThe normal CSV export from Toggl Track, Clockify or Harvest. No API keys, no connecting accounts, no permissions to grant.
02
Drop it inThe file is read in your browser. Entries are grouped, totals computed, and anything malformed is flagged rather than silently dropped.
03
Send the reportA clean, printable report your client can actually read — grouped totals, a clear period, and no internal noise.
Why this one

Client hours are confidential.

A time export names your clients, your projects, and sometimes what you charged. It is one of the more sensitive files a freelancer owns, and most reporting tools want you to upload it.

Nothing is uploaded

The CSV is parsed in the browser tab. Client names, project names and rates stay on your disk.

No account to create

No signup, no OAuth into your tracker, no third party holding a token to your time data.

One payment, not a subscription

You already pay monthly for the tracker. Paying monthly again to format its output is absurd.

Pricing

Free to see it work. One payment to use it.

The free version previews your whole report and prints the first 10 valid rows — enough to confirm it parses your export correctly and that the output suits your client before you pay anything.

$24once — not per month
  • Every valid row in the report, no row cap
  • No watermark on the output
  • Optional studio branding on the report
  • Yours permanently — no renewal, no expiry
Questions

Before you buy

Does my client data get uploaded anywhere?
No. The CSV is parsed by JavaScript in your browser tab. The only network request is to verify your license key with Gumroad after purchase — that request contains the key and nothing else.
Which exports does it read?
The standard CSV exports from Toggl Track, Clockify and Harvest. If yours doesn't parse, send us the header row — not the data — at support@quietsmith.com and we'll take a look.
Does the license expire?
No. Pay once and it stays unlocked.
Does it send invoices or handle payments?
No. It produces the time report you attach to an invoice. Invoicing, payment and reminders are your existing tools' job.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email support@quietsmith.com. The free preview exists so you can check it works on your export first.
