Amazon Flat File Preflight is designed to check files in your browser. Uploaded flat files are not sent to Quietsmith, Amazon, or any third-party service by this v1 tool.
What stays local
- Uploaded files
- Rows and columns from your flat file
- SKUs, product names, prices, and quantities
- Generated findings and CSV reports
What this tool does not do
- No Amazon login
- No Seller Central upload
- No SP-API connection
- No scraping
- No file storage
Analytics
The current local build does not include analytics. If analytics are added later, they must not include uploaded file contents, rows, SKUs, product names, or generated findings.
License keys
If you enter a license key, the app stores that key and the date it was last verified in this browser. To check the key is valid, the key and the product identifier are sent to Gumroad, our payment provider — your file, its contents, and your report are never included in that request and never leave your device.
